MARK CHRISCO, BROKER, TEAM LEADER
Mark was born in Long Beach, CA and spent his early years growing up in the beach communities of Orange County. After high school Mark enrolled at CSU Chico and graduated in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science degree. Mark is married to Susan whom he met in college and together they have two daughters, Clara and Grace.
Mark began his real estate career in February 1990 and his production has consistently ranked in the top 1% of all Real Estate Agents nationally. Mark enjoys cycling, skiing, rugby, wine, family time and anything to do at the beach.
MARISA BAUER, REALTOR, BUYER SPECIALIST
Marisa grew up in the Truckee, Lake Tahoe area before heading off to college at San Diego University. There she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. Marisa then moved to the San Francisco area and began her real estate career with Prudential-The Bayhill Team.
She moved to Chico in 2007 with her husband Matt and joined TEAM M.C. in that year as well. Marisa is a Buyer Specialist and brings a wealth of experience to the team. She is proud to call Chico her home and when not out showing property she enjoys running, soccer, snowboarding, hiking and anything active with family and friends.
DEBBIE ZIEMKE, TRANSACTION COORDINATOR,
CLIENT CARE MANAGER
Debbie grew up in the San Francisco area and attended college at CSU Chico. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree and then spent almost 20 years in the television and film business. She has managed a family business, Development, Inc., which manufactures and sells sour dough ingredients to large commercial bakers for the past 16 years.
Debbie joined TEAM M.C. in 2006 and oversees much of the operational and administrative side of the business. Debbie has two daughters, Lauren and Kate and enjoys family time, friends, gardening, rubber stamping and anything that takes her outside.
